Philips UV sterilization lamps provide a powerful UV-C wavelength of 254nm. They are completely environmentally friendly with low mercury content and a long lifespan thanks to their special coating. They are applied in air and water disinfection systems with a UV-C radiation range from 200nm to 290nm.

For maximum protection, the lamp should be changed every year and operated 24 hours a day.

Warning and Safety

A broken light bulb is extremely unlikely to have an impact on your health. If a light bulb breaks, ventilate the area for 30 minutes and remove the broken pieces, preferably with gloves. Place them in a plastic bag, seal it tightly and dispose of it in your local recycling bin. Do not use a vacuum cleaner.
