Brita Purity C Steam C1100 Replacement Filter

The BRITA Purity Steam filter removes harmful calcium (Ca+) and magnesium (Mg+) cations from water while retaining metals such as lead and copper. At the same time, the increased flow combined with minimized pressure loss allows combi ovens to operate without interruption.

1 prefiltration
The pre-filter retains solid particles.

2 Reduction of carbonate hardness
Special resin to reduce carbonate hardness (avoid the formation of salts).

3 Activated carbon filtration
The water passes through an activated carbon filter to reduce substances that negatively affect the taste and aroma of the water.

4 Final filtration stage
A fleece retains the remaining very fine particles.
